What time is the last wash?
The last load of our laundromat is at exactly 8:30 PM every day to give time to our customers’ time to do their laundry.
Does the laundry machine accept credit cards?
All of our washing machines accept all kinds of payment methods from cash to credit cards.
Is it safe to put my comforter even if it says ‘dry-clean only’?
Yes! You can still wash your comforter inside the washing machine. However, Paris Laundromat will not be held responsible for any damage to your comforter. Please put your comforters at your own risk.
What is the safe amount of laundry I can put in the washer and dryer?
We recommend that you fill-up the washer up to 75 percent capacity and the dryer up to 50 percent capacity to give your laundry space. This will allow your clothing to come out properly washed and dried.
Can my items left in my pocket affect the washer?
It cannot affect the washer or the dryer, but your items can be broken by being soaked in water. We ask you to clear all of the pockets of your clothes before putting it in the washer. Paris Laundromat is not responsible for any damage done to your belongings that were soaked in water.
What if I left my belongings inside the Paris Laundromat?
We are not responsible for any of your belongings but lost and found items are always verified before being returned. Please contact the store immediately, if you left your belongings.
